What are your officce working hours ?

Our customer services team will take care of your requirements from Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 18.00 and Saturday 10.00 – 13.00.

What kind of services do you provide ?

We pride ourselves on providing a professional office and commercial cleaning service for any type and size of business in London. In past years, we have served many satisfied customers and provided cleaning solutions for any size of office, shop, pub, restaurant, bank, building society, school, library, hospital, government buildings and many more.

We take care of every aspect of your cleaning requirements including IT equipment cleaning, blind and curtain cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and window cleaning.

Are you and your cleaners insured ?

Yes. We have a full Employers Liability cover of £10,000,000 and Public/Product Liability cover of £5,000,000. Increased cover can be arranged on request. Also 10,000 for treatment on any one event.

Will you provide the cleaning materials and equipment ?

Yes. Odesa will supply all machinery (including vacuum cleaners etc.), cleaning materials and black refuse sacks to fulfil the contract.

Items such as office bin liners, white swing and pedal bin liners, local authority refuse sacks, toilet consumables and detergents will be supplied on request at an additional cost according to requirements.

How do we pay ?

End of the month, we will send you an invoice which can be paid by company cheque, bank transfer and cash.

If you are using our one off or deep cleaning services for the first time we may require a small deposit to be paid by company cheque, bank transfer or cash. The remaining amount can be paid upon receipt of our invoice.

Do you clean before or after working hours?

We will be able to come and clean at any time. Just let us knowwhen the most convenient time is for you.

If you require before or after working hours cleaning you will need to arrange access to the premisesfor our cleaner.

Can I specify the days for the cleaning ?

Yes, you can specify the days for cleaning and Odesa will make every effort to meet your requirement.

Can you provide references from some of your customers?

Yes, we can provide references from our current customers.
